Im having a couple of days visiting family and staying at an Airbnb. Currently calorie counting with a protein goal of 120g per day.
I would love recommendations of ready meals with high protein and not too high calories. And and protein drinks/snacks.
i don’t live in the Uk so not sure what is available but know I am near an M& and Waitsoe. Thanks

If you’re near an Aldi (most places are) they do lots of protein ranges.
The 25g protein pouches are an absolute steal at 89p.
They also do 20g protein shakes for 79p and 20g protein coffee for 99p.
They’ve recently introduced some protein rich ready meals, but as I’m sure you know you’d be better off each some form of meat/fish.
e.g. 32g protein teriyaki noodle meal for £1.79 groceries.aldi.co.uk/en-GB/p-inspired-cuisine-teriyaki-protein-meal-350g/4088600568058

M&S does a chicken and courgette ready meal that is very low calorie and might well meet the protein goal - I don’t know exactly but worth googling it.

M&S have some high protein low ish calorie lunch options for when I’m in the office, I like the naked chicken kebab one the most, it’s relatively clean for a grab and go sort of lunch (I tend to avoid the dressing as I don’t especially like it but have a bottle of olive oil in the cupboard at work for situations like this!).
I tried the chicken and mushroom courgetti but thought it was pretty awful, very very watery and lacking in any flavour.

M&S do loads in their picnic snacks for marinated chicken / meat snacks that can be made into easy salads with bags of lettuce or pots of ready made side salad. That's going to be your best bet as the ready meals will generally be very low protein as that's the expensive bit!

They also have loads of cooked chicken legs etc and ready prepped veggies for an easy hot meal assuming you've got a microwave / hob.

Greek yoghurt / eggs for breakfast. Could get some nuts and seeds for on the yoghurt.
