That battle with your conscience when you don't want to go work out 😭 like your mind and your body are telling you two different things

How do you all get over it?

Remember how good you feel when you are doing it.

....that is if you are well. If you are run down, recovering from illness or you've not slept properly then I think you should listen to your body and rest or tone it down to a walk preferably somewhere green.

I don't exactly this today. Kids were awake throughout the night and I just couldn't find the energy to go to the gym but I managed to get out and do a long walk, it definitely made me feel better. But how bad are our minds when we don't want to work out at the normal time we would usually 😳
