I want to lose 10lb, diet wise I can stick to a healthy diet but its trying to exercise that gets me! Im shattered most of the time and have 4 little ones under 7 so by the time bedtime hits im done! And they are up by 5/6 every morning. Can I still lose weight without having to do tons of exercise? Can weight exercise still help for example squats etc rather than full on high intensity ones

Exercise is great for a lot of things, but weight loss is not one of them. Weight exercises are one of the better options, as this will help maintain your muscle mass while you’re losing weight from fat. But focus on the diet, eating well, portion control, etc. It’s easier and quicker not to eat 400 calories than it is to burn off 400 calories exercising.

Thank you. I will do some weighted exercises along side healthy eating. My energy levels are rubbish too so the thought of cardio just puts me off lol
