Supplements that actually work?

Hi all. Does anyone have recommendations for a supplement that actually works to help with weight loss?
I currently can't afford wegovy/mounjaro etc.
I've become disabled in the last few years, had some inevitable weight gain (along with hitting perimenopause) and due to my disability can't exercise to kick the flab.
Hoping someone has a recommendation for something more affordable than the weight loss injections that actually helped them lose weight.

I don't think there are any supplements that directly affect weight loss except things like orlistat. However if things like your sleep are effected due to hormones for example there are supplements which can help with that which in turn will help with weight loss.

Luckily weight loss has little to do with exercise and much more to do with what you eat. Don't think about taking things out of your diet but instead think of adding things like more veg, Whole Foods, whole grains, nuts and seeds etc.

I didn't use anything and like you am disabled and can't exercise. I calculated my minimum calories needed using none active (I'm also short) so was very low count. I then documented every calorie and kept to it. I also found intermittent fasting good because I'm not hungry until I start eating and my self imposed rules helped keep me on track. I don't have certain foods in the house and meal plan every meal. I tend to have similar things for lunch as I know they'll fill me up and are low calorie then I'll have variety at tea time.
