I love Home-made burgers either made with extra lean beef mince or pork mince - mix with red onion, chopped herbs (thyme or sage are usually the best) and red pepper, and worcester sauce all mixed together served in a wholemeal bun with salad, hea of cheese delicious!! (yummy with a slice of crispy bacon in too)
Salad ideas
Prawn and mango salad is delicious, as is Spicy Chicken breast and pineapple salad (with a hea of cheese if desired)
Feta (hea), Duck and Watermelon with a rocket salad is gorgeous.

Obviously slimming world Quiche (salmon and broccoli, or smoked bacon, mushroom, red onion, peppers and cheese are my faves)
New potatoes slightly boiled then roasted with lots of garlic and herbs are fabby
as is 28g wholemeal baguette rubbed with garlic, topped with roasted plum tomatoes and fresh herbs (basil especially) and mozzarella, served with a home-made potato salad (boiled and diced new pots) cooled and mixed with fat free creme fraiche, diced onions and loads of chives and mint (add minted garden peas - and it's even better)
