Intermittent fasting

Peri menopausal with anxiety, need to shift two stone. Has anyone had success with intermittent fasting?

Yes. I don't eat anything before 12 or after 8. Get half hour of exercise/ 10k steps daily.

The idea is that everything you have eaten the day before will be digested by the time you start eating again.

It's not an excuse to overeat and won't work if you consume thousands of calories in the eight hour window

I recommend reading a book called fast like a girl by dr mindy pelz - really good. Also talks a lot about hormonal changes and the menopause.
I eat between 11-7. Works well for me.
