Hello, please could someone summarise any key info about phase 1. I have the book and recipe book ordered but want to get started whilst I'm off work and it won't arrive for a few days. I can shop today.
Is it just make a vegetable soup and eat for 2 days? what veg? Green veg?
I don't think I fancy the Epsom salt drink - is that essential? If so, how bad is the 'clear out?'
