Weighed tonight and I've lost 9st 13 pounds. So desperate to get to 10 lost, I've been struggling with motivation for the last few weeks.
Still have another 4 stone or so to lose but such a good feeling to know you're making a bit of progress

Thank you
I've just been doing the right things and letting it take care of itself.
I can't honestly pinpoint a moment when I decided to do it but for a long time before I started I was struggling with my back when I walked etc. Going through divorce and maybe thinking nobody would want me (understandable as I was huge) was a bit of motivation maybe

What a fantastic loss, well done you , you must be so very proud of yourself

I keep motivated by the non scales wins, getting down a dress size even if the scales haven't shifted, being able to move freely , no more huffing and puffing, catching sight of myself in a mirror and not being repulsed, being able to go into a clothes shop and being confident that the size Im lifting is actually going to fit and not just wishful thinking

Sometimes when the weight loss stubbornly stalls for a week or three, as it does, then I do a food diary and find work out where Im going wrong - usually its because Im missing out on the veg and eating more rice/pasta type meals. So I tweak the meal plan and it starts dropping again. Or the weather has been so bad my steps have really bottomed

I can identity with everything you've said, well maybe not dresses fitting but you know what I mean 😏
