6 pack revolution

Has anyone done the 6 pack revolution? My main concern is if it is manageable with a full time job? ( and a sideline food business 🙈) my kids are 10 & 15 so I’ve a bit more available time but still have lots of extra curricular ferrying about, and I’m in menopause, hence the weight gain. I have to do something as I feel like I’ve completely lost myself to menopause, I eat well and exercise 3 times a week already, plus have an active job, I just don’t want to sign up to something and then deal with failing at it!

I was considering this, however I read some of the Trust Pilot reviews before hand so arranged a call with them. Scotty, the founder 9as he kept telling me) called me. All I can say is I couldn't work with him. He is the biggest narcissist I think I've ever come across. Before he even let me speak, he told me what i was drinking and eating was my issue. He then told me he can cure me of my IBS, as he has cured people of Diabetes 1&2, Chrones, Hashimoto's.......and reeled oof loads of diseases. He then told me he knows everything, that's literally what he said. He told me I couldn't eat any processed foods as they are full of salt and sugar but then told me I should buy his protein powder and processed chocolate bars. He told me I need to buy his equipment because he's selling it for less than he paid, but reviews tell me you can get them much cheap on Ebay.
If you're in any doubt, there are loads of good reviews, however I do recommend reading some of the more negative reviews as its the impression I got in just a 5 minute phone call.

The crux is that you have to eat very clean, nothing processed, stick 100% to plan, commit to eating 6 meals a day, not handy for me as I'm out and about all day for work. Buy the equipment, battle ropes, kettlebells, bar with up to 50kg weight plates.

There are much easier ways of getting in shape. The Morsia app is so much cheaper, they give you a meal plan and track your workouts.
