I've just taken my fourth 2.5mg jab and have this much remaining.

Should I take this next Thursday? Using the same needle, as I have no other?

Don't use the same needle!
You have to buy extra needles if you want to use the leftover

Always remove and dispose of the needle immediately after injecting so the vial is closed to air/sealed again.

If your supplier does not provide spare pen needles it is worth asking them for some in case of faulty needles, or buying a box of 100.

If you go to the weightloss injections board you will see many many posts about 5th doses.
