Exante replacement/meal replacement suggestions

Hiya I did Exante a few years ago to lose baby weight for my wedding and I lost 7lbs and enjoyed it- im now back to my old weight and need to lose 7lbs again however Exante has stopped- has anybody got any suggestions of Exante replacements? I’m 5’7 11 stone and want to get back down to 10.7ish in 4 weeks ideally.
