Hi. Well im trying really hard to loose a few pounds through eating healthy and cutting out choc, crisps and rubbish.

Today is my first day and this is what I have had, by the way, evenings are the worst for me!

Breakfast, 2 weetabix with skim milk and small amount of sugar. Cup of tea.

Luch, 3 nairn's oat crackers with a small amount of cheese, salad and a slice of ham. Muller light rice pud thing.

2 cups of coffee in afternoon and a banana.

2 nair's oat crackers with dairylea.

Supper, salmon fillet and salad.

1 pack of Cadbury's highlight choc nibbles and LOADS of grapes!

Is this alot in regards to caleries? I also did 1 hours hard weight training at the gym!

well done for the effort!
i wouldn't have a clue about diets as the only diets ive stuck to are the not so healthy; replace all food intake with a chocolate bar diets( not recommended by doctors i should imagine)
although after ds1, a lost a stone in weight by following a book called the choclate diet, it meant i was only allowed, i think 2000 calories a day which included chocolate and wine any way seriously feeling i could revert back to the 'no food just choclate' eating habit although i think my hubby might go mad at me for that one!

ps
hello nice to meet you 'warmsummersday'
