Help with lunch

I am cutting back, just trying to make better choices and keeping an eye on what I am eating. I have worked out that I prefer my main meal of the day at lunchtime. It seems to keep me full until around 6 pm and then I am quite content with soup or beans on toast or chicken salad etc. 4 days a week I am at work and only have access to a microwave and a toaster. I have done spaghetti Bol to death. It’s really filling but I am needing some other lunch ideas. Lunch is at noon at work. I also eat breakfast there at 8 but that’s easy with boiled eggs, yoghurt etc. Any thoughts?

I am pondering buying a cheap airfryer but not sure and then I’d end up sharing it with everyone which I don’t want.

I bring these (they all reheat well so only require the microwave and are easy to mealprep, and can be frozen if you're making the portion size according to the recipe and nobody else will eat it):
