I have a fancy night out on the 11th Feb which means wearing a slinky evening dress. I need a miricle! but failing that I could really do with any fab crash diets or miricle exercises that might help... any improvement is better than none!
Main areas of concerns are stomach, top of arms, bum - if I could tone these up a bit it would be fab. Of course if I could drop a dress size that would be even better!
Any help/advice/suggestions would be much appreciated. note - I am rubbish at starvation diets and detoxing. I've tried but I always fall off the wagon big style!
