I attempted this a couple of years ago. Went in on Step 3 (two products a day and a balanced 400 cal meal) but I just couldn’t stomach the products.
I found them horrendous. The bars were salty, thick and disgusting. The savoury meals again to me tasted salty and left a horrid aftertaste and made me incredibly thirsty.
I discovered after stopping that I have an intolerance to whey and as their ‘meals’ are covered in powder (think pot noodle/mug shot dust) I also suffered crippling abdominal pain after eating them. Needless to say this did not end up being the diet for me, but there are people who’ve had success on it. I think the appeal with 1:1 is the speed at which you can lose weight, but for me, this wasn’t enough to make me endure the foul products so I decided to follow a calorie deficit based diet and lost the weight steadily and sustainably instead. Good luck whatever you decide 😊

I had limited success, I did the 2 shakes plus a healthy meal but found my weight loss was slow and ultimately I regained the weight very quickly afterwards. I didn't find it easy.

I also tried this a couple of years ago.

I had the 2 bars then a low calorie meal at night.

Weight loss was very minimal and after 2 weeks on the bars, I felt physically sick while trying to force them down. I had to break them up and eat them a bit at a time over the day.
They were very very unpleasant.

It was the most difficult and disgusting diet that I have tried and I have tried them all.

I lasted about 6 weeks on it. Total weight loss was about 5lbs in that time.

Would definitely, absolutely NOT recommend.
