I stopped mounjaro after my 4 th month , I only lost a stone but it hasn’t returned . I stopped because the side effects where just to bad to carry on .

I stopped wegovy after 1 year and 5 stone, about a month ago. So far so good! Yes I'm hungrier but it's all manageable

I stopped just after Christmas Day, I’m watching what I eat very carefully and still recoding everything on MFP. Only now, I’m very hungry and can get to 1800 calories easily whereas before I never hit 1300.

it’s going to be a struggle I suspect, especially after Christmas.

Same!
Was on ozempic for 4 months. Was sooo sick. I lost one stone and came off.
It's been 16 months and now I'm even heavier?! I can't explain it but the cravings and food noise and everything is worse.
