Can WeightWatchers help with weight loss when breastfeeding?

I put on 25kg when pregnant. I lost 9kg in the first fortnight, and here I am three months later with the scales having not shifted any further. At all! Despite exclusively breastfeeding.

(I’ll file “breastfeeding helps you lose weight” in the same drawer as “the baby will sleep in a crib” and “the baby will be fine napping without being held.”)

Has anyone lost weight using WW while breastfeeding, or will my body be holding onto it at all costs?

Hi, your baby is only 3 month old, so try not to stress about losing weight too much. But, it’s good you thinking about it and wanting to start early.
what kind of meals and snacks are you having?

Can't comment on the WW side, but just wanted to say that I held onto the weight when breastfeeding, and it came off naturally once I stopped - talking to people there's quite a few who that seems to be true for!

Thanks both, I’m just so desperate to get rid of this floppy belly - I still look pregnant and I can’t do up any of my old jeans. I’m really self conscious of it.
