Is anyone able to explain more about this? I've done a bit of a Google search but it seems hard to find lots of information without buying books etc.

Is anyone also able to share any successes you've had?

For context, I'm not overweight, but I'm quite short and feel/look better a few pounds lighter (but nothing is currently working!).
