Morning all - as with all things in my life, I’ve left weight loss ahead of a big celebration right to the very very last minute!

can anyone provide top tips for quick loss?

Thanks in advance!

You absolutely can, but you need to do something designed as a reset for ongoing healthier habits such as Fast800. You'll need to be disciplined and following the eating plan properly.

I am sure the people you will be celebrating with love you just as you are.

Yes, easily. I’d drastically cut carbs.

Yes I can do it 3-4 weeks. Strict keto. No bread pasta, potato, rice, sugar (including most fruit) or sweet things.

Breakfast - Plain full fat yoghurt with nuts and raspberries for breakfast (no sweetener) OR eggs/bacon omelette. No dressings or sauces or bread.

Lunch - keto soup. So cream of mushroom, chicken, etc. OR salad with egg/cheese/meat and olive oil dressing.

Dinner. Any meat/veg combo. Meat stir-fry, spicy chicken, creamy salmon.

Snacks, boiled eggs, 2 squares of dark chocoate.

Aim for less then 5g carbs per 100g.

The first week will be rough, you will feel like you have a bad cold. Shaky, headache. Drink plenty of water, salt your food. Weeks 2 onwards gets better and better.

Thanks all.

@NigelHarmansNewWife fast800 is interesting - I’ll have a further look. I dismissed before due to it fitting in with lifestyle.

@TotallyTwisted that they will and that they do, but it’s more about feeling happy in my own skin!

@WalterdelaMare carbs are delicious for a reason….damn them! I don’t eat much pasta but I do very much like bread (brown) and potatoes…. A baked potato is an easy lunch so i will need an alternative.

I’ve been looking online and now, of course, all my feeds are full of diet plans!

Thank you @Cerialkiller - this sounds full on but I think is what’s needed to kickstart… I’ve never been one for crash dieting but…. Juts so cross with myself for putting things off.

I did half a stone and that was doable and also didn't make my life miserable!!
