Cook book suggestions

Hi all. I'd like to lose 3 stone starting this week. I have pretty poor eating habits right now for a number of reasons but I love to cook. I've struggled with weight loss in the past. I need a good plan, what to eat for breakfast, lunch dinner.
Can anyone recommend a good cook book (or website)that would make this easier?

I have found the fast 800 books really good. It's not easy first few days but it works and the food is really nice. Not too difficult either. There is a fb page to with lots of support on.

I'll check that out. Thanks so much for replying!

Pinch of Nom Comfort Food is a nice book. They have a chart that gives nutrition information, calories etc.

There’s a Hairy Bikers one that has some
great lower calorie version of takeaway food, Hairy Dieters Eat for Life.

I’ve cooked from both a lot and never been disappointed.

Thank you! I love the Hairy Bikers so will definitely give that a go!
