I've been using a flexi bar for 2 weeks after it was recommended to me by another mumsnet exerciser and I'm just wondering if anyone is currently using one and what are your thoughts on it ?
- Have you noticed any difference with either fitness, weight loss, strengthening of core muscle groups, toning ?
- Do you have difficulty with one side i.e. using the bar with your left arm if you are right handed and vice versa ?
- How many sessions did it take before you were completely happy with the rhythm of the shaking ?
