Best free home exercise videos / apps??

Have lost just over 3 stone (about half way to goal) and am ready to start exercising. Want to do it in the privacy of my own home to start with and then will start going to the gym in a bit. Also 2 small children so not a lot of time.

So having something easy and quick I can do when I have a spare 20-30 mins is needed.

Any suggestions for best free exercise videos? YouTube? Apps? Where do I start!

Would prefer free to see if I can get into them before starting to pay.

Les mills ? Not sure if free though

Caroline Girvan has free no-nonsense workouts on YouTube ]] -that should link to a beginners' no-equipment one- but she's got others too. And an app if you like it. Les Mills is great. Usually there's a free trial. They have every type of workout.

Fit on is good. There is a paying option but only if you want to download them and screencast them.

These would be my recommendations on You Tube OP:

Olivia Lawson - great for all levels from beginner to advanced. Covers cardio and weights.
Get Fit with Rick - cardio only mostly but good fun if you search his back catalogue for music ones.
Caroline Girvan - almost all weight programmes and not for the faint hearted but actually easier to get into than you would think.
Heather Robertson - a good balance of weights and cardio - has a number of programmes you can follow.
Improved Health - good for gentler cardio and some resistance work - search the back catalogue for the music ones.
Eleni Fit - good mix of things
Mad Fit - good mixture but mostly resistance
Growing Ananas - good for resistance, some of the HIIT is quite hardcore
Joe Wicks - I don't much like his HIIT workouts but there is a 21 days of strength programme which is excellent.

Hope that helps.

Lots of YouTube channels and the same few get recommended often -
Lucy Wyndham Read (as above)
Caroline Girvan
Bodyfit by Amy

I really got into them over lockdown and if you do one you want to do again, just "like" it then you can look at your list of loked videos on YouTube to come back to them.
