was thinking of getting davinas to shift post baby buldge. any better ideas/opinions?

Davina DVDs are very good - would also recommend Nell McAndrew and TaeBo which are also excellent and a bit more challenging.

I love Davinas DVDs, got them all apart from the post baby one. Normally I do them frequently but over the past month I've been lazy and not bothered. Yesterday I did 'the power of 3' and OH MY GAWWWWD my legs are berluddy killing me!!!

Went to Morrisons and kept squeeling every time I had to lower myself down to the bottom shelf and the stairs are looking like everest today!!

They do work though, I notice a difference quite quickly doing these DVDs - I prefer the Power of 3 and her new one.

It's split into 3 target areas, spugs - don't have DVd to hand but think it's warm up then 1.legs 2. upper body 3. abs.
