Home scales or GP scales

I have been on Mounjaro since 9th September. From 17th Sept to 27th Nov I used Renpho digital scales but from 1st Oct to 27th Nov I am sure they are defective as they are never same reading when I double check. They are calibrated by allowing CAL then 00:00 to appear.

Up to then I had lost 8.5lbs and if going from 1st Oct (only time my scales were same as GP ones which are old style dial scales)to 3rd Dec I have lost 19.5lbs.

After a discussion with my GP regarding mechanical dial scales I bought some from Argos (see screenshot) however I am unsure wondering if I should just go with my GP scales. My current weight in kilos on my GP scales is 90kg (14st2) as at 4/12; I have lost 4kg - 2kg on 30/9 & 2kg on 4/11.

I have until end of January to return the Salter Speedo mechanical dial scales. Also should I just keep my Renpho scales or give to charity( can't return as bought 17th Sept so too late).

Summary:
Dr's scales every 4 weeks or home scales once a week?

@pippa1969 I like to use my own scales once a week then I write it down in my wee book
Your doing great so far well done and good luck

Thank you. I am going to give the scales a month and see what happens. I don't have them in plain sight so I don't step on every day.

Assuming that if my scales show a drop this week and next then my GP's scales should show a drop on weight too.

Put them in the bin, they are defective, why would you pass them to charity Confused
