I'm back on the weight loss as kgs have been creeping back on to the scales.

Lately been enjoying blueberries so much as they have a tartness, are a picky food and so low in calories! 50g usually is enough to satisfy me at a time and only 20 calories! I'm not generally a fan of fruit either...

Please share your food wins!

Meat and fish.

Have lost 1.5 stone in 6 weeks on low carb. My go to snacks are ready to eat flavoured prawns/salmon fillets and ready to eat bbq/sweet chilli chicken breast.

I rarely feel hungry and never feel deprived.

I don't like sweet food and hate fruit (but love veg) so it's the ideal diet for me really.

Eggs. So many ways to eat them.

Always chopping fruit (the act of actually having to stop and prepare something slows things down and I ask do I need this)?

Tinned tomatoes on seeded toast -I eat this Monday to Friday sometimes adding an egg in but the low calorie lunch fills me up and means I can eat the same as the family in the evening.
