Anyone used one of those 30 min only workout places?

I've got a serious amount of weight to lose and there's one of those women only, no mirrors gym places near me which looks quite good (similar to Curves I think). You do a little circuit of alternating resistance/aerobic exercise 3 times and it takes 30 mins.
Just wondering if they're any good - I'm guessing I'd need to go 2-3 times a week?

I tried curves but got bored but that was before dcs and two babies later i think i may have to sign up again. I found the worst bit having to do starjumps on a platform with the rest of the circle watching, i know they dont care but i felt awkward.

It was a circuit of ten stations i think a machine alternated with a platform where you were supposed to star jump or march or something like that, whatever you want. You did the circuit 3 times and at regular intervals checked your pulse rate (there was music playing that marked change over time pulse rate stops).

Then you had to do stretches. Not sure if it would work for a serious amount of weight, i was skinny then! It does fit in if you live close, i use to cycle there and back.

Sounds the same sort of thing! Ideally I'd like to go to a nice swanky gym with pool etc, but at the moment I'd feel so self conscious
So, it would probably be for a few months until I lost enough to feel a bit more confident about my body.
at star jumps with post 3 baby breastfeeding (still doing it) boobs - think I may have to invest in super strong sports bra!
