So hungry!

I've been on this weigh loss journey since June, have lost 1 and half stones so far. I did lose weight once before after first child, but I can't remember feeling like this.

I don't know if this makes a difference, Im nearly 40, do have pcos (diagnosed as early teen so not new); but am really struggling with hunger (today seems to be up there).

I have eaten quite possibly near enough 2000 calories, and only ate about half an hour ago, and feel awfully hungry again. This has been happening (not as bad as today) but for at least a week or so now.

I don't think my workouts are intense as such (around 40 min workouts using dumbbells at home- with breaks).

I'm at a loss today, because as this continues it will definitely lead me to binge.

(Just for reference I'm just under 5'4" and weigh 124lbs)
Thank you for reading!

Your BMI is 21 - why are you still trying to lose weight? (not trying to be rude, but genuine question)

Maybe you are hungry as your body is saying it is not getting enough calories? I would try a high protein snack.

Some days, I feel like that - ie really hungry if I've done a lot of physical activity.

Thank you for the reply.
I've always weighed a little less than where I am at the moment, a few more pounds will make a huge difference.

I think I will try and add a protein snack and see if that helps.

But what are you eating? Not all calories are created equally.

personally i drink lots of water or tea without milk, it helps to fill a stomach and reduces that feeling of being hungry
