I've started a diet and it's going pretty well so far, I've limited myself to just tea everyday (dinner) and a banana or a piece of fruit during the day. I drink water too.
Does anyone else do this?
I don't particularly calorie count but I know that I'm definitely having under 1500 calories at most a day.
I've been doing it for a week and lost about 4lbs which seems a lot but I haven't had an appetite either recently. I just wondered if anyone does the same? Or any tips welcome.
