I've officially lost over 100lbs

At my heaviest I must have been close to 18st but the highest I've seen my weight on a scale was about 17.5

I never thought I would see a 9 on the scales.

I am a long way off my dream weight still, but my entertainment at the moment is that my scales in the last two weeks are not sure whether it's me or my husband standing on them. They have been quite clear that it was fat heifer me up to this point, so I am loving their confusion. 😂

Well I had a sleeve after 15 years of disordered/binge eating.
Nothing worked including hypnosis and therapy and I was desperate.

It's worked because I can't physically stuff myself but it's helped with the mental side of it too

I had the op in August 2021 and lost the majority in 18 months then hit a plateau for a year where I just couldn't shift anymore.
But have lost the rest in the last few months.
