Literally that. I’ve lost 8 stone+ and I’m a stone away from being in a healthy weight category but have a lot of excess skin. I’m still
losing weight but don’t want to take it too far, anyone lost this kind of weight willing to say how much a tummy / thigh lift saw them lose?
Or do I have to just keep going until I’m in that healthy category?
