Just started Orlistat yesterday - not sure what I'm doing really and the right things to eat! I'm frightened to eat anything with any fat it at all! Are there any helpful meal planner suggestions anywhere?
Any advice would be most welcome as so far I've just been eating fat free yogurt and fruit for breakfast - which I havent take Orlistat with (not sure if that's right)...and a low fat roast dinner. Can I have low fat cheddar? - I know it's more than 5g unsaturated fat - I'm really not certain what I can eat - and I don't want to become bored!
