Electronic Scales - What would you buy?

I started my diet... again... last week and it is going well so far and I would like to keep it up. Unfortunately my dial scales are useless. You can get on them and be one weight and 2 seconds later be a different weight altogether! They vary in different rooms and once this was as much as half a stone! Plus they are in kilos so I have to spend ages working it out in stones.

I am not that bothered by the actual weight it shows I just want something accurate enough that I can see if I am making progress so I know to alter my diet if it is not working.

I am going to buy some electronic scales and would prefer some that show the weight in stones and pounds. Do any of you guys have any recommendations on the best ones to get?

thanks.

I have Salter scales which work very well. They (or rather, it)is white and round and very reliable. Good luck with the diet.
