After two weeks of reducing my food, no chocolate with a cup of tea, no wine etc I’ve lost precisely 0 pounds.. I’m guessing it’s my metabolism slowing down, I’m 44. I work in a school so am on my feet a lot but don’t do much exercise outside of that, I’m always over 10000 steps a day, evenings are taken up with three kids and their activities. Just looking for inspiration for little exercise habits that I can do in quick bursts here and there. Is there any you have found good and easy to fit into a very busy life. Thanks
