On the advice of my GP I self referred to MoreLife, I'd already started tracking my food using the NHS Weight Loss app and the Lose It app.
Both of those apps gave me a similar daily allowance (NHS went with 1700, Lose It went with 1640) - and I've been doing ok with that, most days I'm under 1550.
But MoreLife wants me to reduce my calories to 1208. Does that seem right? I chose the most attainable option too.
