I almost bought a walking pad, looked good, fit under the sofa. Then I looked at the weight limit- 14st 1lb!
I'm 15st 8 (apparently). I walk 3 slow miles a day with a sniffy dachsund but it's not enough. Pre dog I speed walked 5 miles a day and dropped to 13st 8. I have guilt leaving the doggo for the two hours needed for the 5 miles, I'm on my feet for 8hrs a day, get up at 340 am and bike 9 miles.
There are not enough hours for 'my' walk but a walking pad/ treadmill would fix this.
Is there anything cheap but definitely not cheerful out there for my weight?Looking at £300 or under.
Does anyone use one but is over the weight limit but it's OK.
The one i was looking at is a Rattantree one.
I can happily walk miles- did 20 miles once on my way home from work because I felt like it- but need to do it from my front room.
Thanks🙂
