Dance at home.
Don't stand still while waiting in shops, banks, post offices.
Do a little excersise first thing in the morning and whenever you have an opportunity - a little goes a long way.

You can end up climbing the stairs 30+ times and it gives a real workout on a Sunday afternoon.

17 Jiggle your feet/legs at the office desk or in front of the tv
18 Take the kids on a nature walk, play sports & games with them or make a habit of doing something active with them regularly
19 Give up the remote control - get up to change chanels
20 Give up TV, or restrict everyone to 1 hour, you're more likely to do things as a family that are active, or potter about gardening or tidying.
