Going sugar free (or very low sugar)

I'm obsessed with chocolate and biscuits. I'm not overweight, bmi is 21 but I'd look better with less fat. So today I've ditched the sugar. I'm still having small amounts of milk and fruit but no sugary snacks.

Breakfast- Greek yoghurt, 6 berries, protein powder
Lunch- homemade vegetaapple with one slice brown bread with butter
Snack- half an apple with tiny bit of peanut butter, little slice of cheese
Dinner- roast chicken, veg and roast potatoes

I probably should get rid of bread and potatoes too but, one thing at a time!

Can anyone share good outcomes of reducing sugar intake please?

Homemade vegetable soup, that should say!
