Anyone had experience with these?

I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews and I am on a low carb high fat diet and feel like these would help if they do!

I have brought them and I’m going to try them, if they don’t work or I don’t like the side effects I’ll stop but anyone with real reviews?

Why would you eat a high fat diet and then take a medication to prevent fat from your diet being absorbed?
Your body needs fat to build and maintain cells, and produce and regulate hormones. A low fat diet, either by not eating it, or by taking a medication to prevent it being absorbed is idiotic.
Or is this a stealth ad....

I think if you're eating a high fat diet and start taking those you are going to be sat on a toilet all day. That's how they work. They are designed to make you not want to eat fat and if you do, it goes straight back out again.

I think the whole point is if your high fat, your reducing your fat intake to a reasonable amount! Tbh I think I lied and I’m not actually that high fat, I’m just a general amount lol I think it’s cause I don’t snack on things like cake, biscuits etc

I would suggest to put a period pad on when trying them, since you might have greasy runny poo leaks.
What do you actually eat?

High fat diet with those = shitting yourself and having no control over it that fats will run right through you

If your doing keto you don't need the tablets give keto a chance to work and make sure you are in ketosis . I swear by keto it's the only way I can ever get weight off me and I'm never hungry on it so it's a win win .

ive tried keto, not something I really follow! I just cut down on complex carbs, very small amounts but still eat my fruit and veg! I don’t really have too much fat, just don’t have low fat products, so my fat grams per day never go over 70! I’ll give it a try I think and see how it goes! I know keto will be the way to lose weight but I can’t stick to it, I’ve done that and dukan before, want to be realistic and not change too much!

thanks for advice though! Has anyone actually tried it?
