Post partum weight loss

I’m 8 months post partum, have PCOS (taking metformin) but can’t seem to shift any weight!
Breastfeeding was meant to do the trick but hasn’t made a difference.

Any suggestions?

My only advice would be plenty of steps, plenty of water, and healthy-ish choices. I’m 6 months postpartum now and am just below my pre-pregnancy weight, haven’t done anything crazy just lots of walking (I have a dog so I was still walking 3x a day all through pregnancy so this is nothing new), started gradually exercising again at 8weeks ish and am now back to my usual pre-pregnancy exercise, I drink lots of water and eat healthy-ish, not a perfect diet but I’m tired so I’m really not going to deprive myself the odd chocolate!

Despite being back to below pre-pregnancy weight though my body looks different, and that’s okay, it was never going to look the same as it did before.

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself! X
