I’m 15st and 5ft6. Gained a lot of weight after pregnancy and breastfeeding. Joys. I would like to possibly be at 12st definitely as a goal line to begin with. If I was to do calorie deficit and try up steps and go to gym or spin class, is it achievable and sustainable to be 13st say by January?
I ordered Mounjaro and so far I’m undecided whether to keep going with it and side effects, or if its possible to be on it for few months to get down to 13st I’m unsure how long that could take? See it varies for all people. I don’t think i’d want to move up doses after 2.5 causing a bit!
unsure what to do? (Also if sticking with mounjaro will be doing the above too to create habits etc)
