Lost motivation with a few pounds to go

Hi there, I’m struggling. I was 13st 11 in 2022 and now I’m 11st 1. I started walking and going to slimming world Jan 2023. My lowest earlier this year was 10st 9. My initial goal was 10st 10 as that’s the healthy bmi but as it’s the maximum I thought I’d change to 10st.
I had an op in July and went on holiday in August and have struggled since then. It’s a constant 1 on 1 off and I just don’t feel motivated anymore. Last time I went on the treadmill my knee nearly gave way and I’ve had other stuff going on that’s meant I’ve not had the willpower to ignore snacks etc. my slimming world consultant has been really helpful and says to just keep eating the speed food but I’m not seeing much difference. I just keep feeling crap when I get weighed and I’m ashamed it’s taking me this long to lose a few pounds. Just wondering if someone could give me a pep talk/ kick up the arse please 😁

I never had much success on slimming world but I do know what it's like to stall. It helps me to put it in perspective. You've lost nearly 3 stone! And you've persevered with slimming world for almost 2 years. That's an incredible achievement! You know you can do it because you've done it already. This time of year is hard to stay motivated, but give it a good go before Xmas! You're doing amazingly well. 💪
