meds weight gain

Anyone else ? I tried to come off them but I can't do it. I need them. And I've tried so many others and it's the only one that doesn't give me horrific side effects. Apart from this though. I feel like I'm getting heavier every month

yes, but i think also slowing down my metabolism

There's another thread similar to this in mental health. I also have weight gain caused by my different meds. The only thing that's worked for me for weightloss is Mounjaro because I have to take my other meds. It's either that or continue to be obese. It was my last resort.

I've had a piece of bread today and trying not to let myself eat, but I've just took my meds and probably gonna end up making and eating a box of cheesey pasta or something in about an hour
