A motivational and accountability thread where we post our weight (daily weekly or any other frequency) and what we eat each day.

I have a goal to lose 8kg in 8 weeks.

Today-

Breakfast- yoghurt, protein, berries, oats

Snack- handful almonds

Lunch- spinach, quinoa and white beans

Snacks - handful almonds, 3 dates with peanut butter

Dinner - yoghurt protein berries oats

Snack- 4 squares dark choc

Probably ate too much today to be in a deficit although I am exclusively breastfeeding. Going to do first weigh in on Monday to see my "starting point"

Breakfast 2 weetabix banana and milk -313 cals
lunch 1 slice of beans on toast with spinach and mushrooms 396 cals
tea was plant based curry and rice with two onion bhaji’s 636 calories

total 1344

currently 11stone 8 im 12 weeks post partum aiming to get to my pre pregnancy weight of 10’7 ish! Hopefully by Christmas
