How can I get my bounce back ?

I'm 50. I ache. I feel heavy and sluggish I want more energy, more bounce. Doing an exercise class I can hardly jump or lift myself off the floor.

A few years ago I used to run and be a gym bunny. How can I get back to that ?

can you start with things like walking or swimming? Excercise classes are a huge jump if you’re feeling store and or stiff? Have to go now but hopefully someone will be along with better advice! I’d say just start building up and seeing what you can eat/ do eg getting a massage that will make you feel better in yourself! Best of luck!

Could you start slowly with some yoga videos at home? Yoga With Adrienne is lovely, lots of choice. Then walks and swimming (plus sauna/steam room to help the aches/stiffness?)
