Worried scales are broken?

Hi all !

I'm 27 and have been on a weight loss journey since April ! I lost 1 stone on my own and then started taking Mounjaro to assist in weight loss.

SW was 17st 4 and CW is 14st.12

My question is this : I've noticed significant weight loss in the last 2 weeks , where I'd weight my self on Wednesday then weigh myself on Sunday and I've lost 5-6 lbs?

This seems a lot and it's happened 2 weeks in a row to a point where I'm doubting this is correct :(

I do feel much slimmer and I've been working really hard but still for this loss in the space of 5 ish days?

This has happened two weeks in a row now between wed - Sunday , I've made sure the batteries in my scales are new too.

Should I chuck them and get new scales or accept this is just a good couple of weeks?

Thanks all x

Weight loss isn't linear. Your body has obviously got into a fat burning zone. Could you check on some other scales just to be sure e.g at a friend's house, the gym or somewhere. Do boots still have those scales you can use for 20p?

I was considering boots but it used to be hidden in a wee corner and now it's like out in the open which feels weird ! Didn't even consider going to a families house! This is a great idea

Surely you just get a big bag of pasta or similar and weigh that so you know it's accurate?
