Aunt Bessie's Homestyle Roast Potatoes, 907g pack, frozen 100g raw

Original 8 Syns Green 3½ Syns

Ledodgy · 22/04/2008 09:46

Make syn free ones with fry light instead they are much nicer.

TrinityTheProgressingRhino · 22/04/2008 09:47

jack it in and do WW if you have to do anything

I can't believe that anyone would think doing something where they call something that you eat a 'syn' is a good idea

Ledodgy · 22/04/2008 09:50

Trinity it isn't a sin like a sin it's an acronym although i can't remember what for but it's positive.

McDreamy · 22/04/2008 09:57

synergy I think!

I used to say the same Trinity, I was a ww girl but when I got here there was no ww class and my waist started to expand. I grudgingly started SW - it's soooo much easier than ww (IMO). Weight loss is slower but I am doing well and should reach target this summer.

Agree with the fry light and normal potatoes though

Ledodgy · 22/04/2008 10:00

I don't like the way ww makes fruit part of your point count so you have to say choose fruit or a mars bar . At least with sw all the healthy stuff is free and you can eat as much as you like.

McDreamy · 22/04/2008 10:05

That's the beauty of it isn't it! Eating out is so much easier too (we seem to do alot of that at the moment!!)

Ledodgy · 22/04/2008 10:18

Yeah it's fab it's all about a balnced diet. It's the only eating plan that i've ever been on which doesn't make me obsess about food.

Tommy · 22/04/2008 15:49

Thank you. I do normally make my own ones but am eating with the DSs tonight. I'm only on day 2 so I don't want to mess up
