Creating this post to hold myself accountable.
my friend mentioned she had success posting in forums and made it a habit of updating like a weight loss blog. This was the first place that popped up on google. Not expecting any replies but be nice to hear others stories.

im a 30 something male that historically had an athletic form. Unfortunately since 2020 lockdowns I’ve been in a rut and gained a substantial amount of weight.

unhealthy relationship with beer and a lack of willpower in food choices has seen the scales steadily increase about 80/90lbs.

I’ve been trying hard in the last month and seen a little success down around 5lbs. Looking to continue the hard work and post updates here.

below is an image of where I was c~2019 and where I am now. Somewhere in between would
be just fine!

Bit of a show off post, but finally ticking in the right direction. Am playing regular 5 aside football and that seems to be doing the trick. Happy with that xx

I ever used to, and like you, the scale crept up—about 60 pounds for me! It's been tough, but I’ve started making some changes. I found that tracking my meals really helps, and I’ve been experimenting with healthier recipes. I also came across some info about how some folks have had success with anabolic steroids in their weight loss journeys, but I think it's super important to approach that carefully. I found a site called steroidscanada.is that offers some insights, but always best to do thorough research and consult a doctor before diving in. Your progress is inspiring!
