"Ultimately working out three to four times a week, twice a day for 30 minutes is best, once at 9am and the next at 3pm ? just as you are in the middle of your working afternoon."
I did it today - 45 mins X-trainer at 6am and then 60 mins run at lunchtime
surely lbs must drop off doing that 4 x a week....???? (she says, hopefully!)
