Aerobic exercise twice in same day? Anyone adhere to Matt Roberts' advice?

He says in Times Health:

"Ultimately working out three to four times a week, twice a day for 30 minutes is best, once at 9am and the next at 3pm ? just as you are in the middle of your working afternoon."

I did it today - 45 mins X-trainer at 6am and then 60 mins run at lunchtime

surely lbs must drop off doing that 4 x a week....???? (she says, hopefully!)

depends how much you're eating. calories in versus calories used etc.

Good luck with it exercise can only be a good thing

Furball, trying to be healthy, not pigging out

have only managed 30 mins today as worked so early...do another split workout tomorrow, hopefully!
