Hi all, this is my first time posting here so I hope it's ok. I've recently started a weight loss journey as I'm very overweight and I'm sick of it. it's going well so far - I've lost 1st 7lb since July. But I'm really struggling with what I actually eat, I feel really lost and I'm worried I'm not having bits I need.
I used to be vegan until earlier this year so I'm struggling with what a normal, healthy diet that promotes weight loss actually consists of.
This is my usual day:
Breakfast - 2 frittata muffins (egg, onions, peppers, spinach)
Snack - frittata muffin or fridge raiders or apple
Dinner - salad (tuna pasta, ham and beetroot, no dressing)
Tea - protein with rice or pasta
Am I missing something? I don't have bread anymore and I don't really think I have dairy either.
(TMI - my toilet habits have changed, I don't use the toilet half as much anymore. Maybe that's due to eating less?) I used to be a serial snacker, crisps and biscuits all the time. It's such a change and I'm feeling pretty lethargic so I'm wondering if anyone can help me see if I'm missing something?
Thanks so much!
