Is my pen faulty?

Hello,

Please could someone help me. I’m just starting my Monjaro journey. I’ve got my pen out the box, prepped it like it says online and in the instructions, but as I’m twisting it there is no number one coming up for my first dose.

Could anybody tell me if this is normal or is the pen faulty? As I don’t want to waste any of it by keep twisting it!

You need to twist it a lot more - 60 clicks. Only looks halfway to me x

Agree, it's a long way till you get to the 1 position, 60 clicks not that you'd want to count them all. You really can't get it wrong if you just keep turning until you see the number 1 in the window.
